STUDENTS’ OUTCOMES 
- Review the time 4/4
- Make accompaniment with scolar percussion
- Play the basic melody from a OSB with flute

- Listening: The student identifyes the time 4/4 and he/she produces their own rythms.
- Instruments: The student plays properly the recorder in coordination with the others.
- Attitud: The student is respectful with the others production and he is interested in knowing new cultural aspects.

  • Content: time 4/4, ostinato as accompaniment, melody from a OSB
  • Cognition: Identifycation of the time by listening, accompaniment with percussion instruments, use of the recorder flute, review of the name of the musical sounds.
  • Communication: - language of learning: names of the instruments, names of music/film authors, names of the rhythm elements
- language for learning: asking about what they know about the Star Wars film (story, characters, music,…), explain the time 4/4
  • Culture: knowledge about the film Star Wars linking with the Solar System

  • To be aware of identifying the rhythm of a musical production

ACTIVITIES:
1.- Warm up: The teacher make some beat in 4/4 and the students repeat.
2.- The teacher makes the beats in 4/4 that the students are going to use later.
3.- The teacher puts the sound of the main melody of Stars Wars and he asks the students if they know it and what musical elements they can identify.

4.- The teacher show them the video with the music and rhythmical line, and the students have to make the ostinato following the 4/4 beat
5.- The teacher encourage the students to play the melody by heart and guessing the sounds. When they get it, then they are divided in two groups, one tomplay the recorder and the other one to make de rhythm.
6.- Finally, the teacher show them the score (sheet 1)
